Return Policy


Customer satisfaction is prior for Orne kids. But for any reason if you are not satisfied and wish to return any item(s), please go through the following information carefully.

You are required to email us on before returning any items.


  1. Unsuitable fit, change of mind or wrong choice:

  • We offer a store wide credit on all returns (unless faulty or incorrect)

  • The returns are accepted within 14 days. The 14 day restraint begins the day the order is delivered to the time stamp of return. This allows ample time with the product.

  • The item must be at the same condition as it was when delivered-unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on any marked final sales items under any circumstances.

  • The cost for return postage is on customer and is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error.

  • Faulty/wrong size/Incorrect:

  • If you have received any faulty or wrong size or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team directly on with all the required information like full name, order number and with some supporting pictures. Deciding whether the item is faulty or not, is within our consideration.

  • We recommend to properly inspect before it is upon delivery. We do not accept returns on items that have a basic wear and tear or have been misused.

  • We are happy to provide you a replacement (if available), drop in value or full refund.

  • If the item received is considered faulty/incorrect, return shipping cost will be repaid.


  • Returns on marked final sale items, accessories are not acceptable under any circumstances.

  • Please make sure that returns form is completed with each return.

  • All the items displayed are photographed as accurately as possible. However, the color may vary as the  viewing screen vary, like the computer/monitor or mobile screens.

  • To avoid such complications, please read the product description carefully as we have outlined some important information you need to know.

  • We politely decline requests to alter or change our policy.



Please make sure you contact our sales support team on , before you place a return as they will help you based on your reason for return. When returning an item (unless our Orne kids team advice you) we strongly recommend you use a traceable delivery method and ensure that you delivery for safe return to Orne kids or declare the full value of shipment so you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake these recommendations, Orne kids will not take the responsibility for any loss or damaged occurred while delivery.
